Angelvention Ministry invites you to spend November cultivating gratitude in three dimensions—mental, physical, and spiritual—and then share your reflections with loved ones on Thanksgiving Day. Gratitude is worship in action. It trains our minds, honors our bodies, and opens our spirits to God’s presence.
“Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise.” —Psalm 100:4“Give thanks in all circumstances.” —1 Thessalonians 5:18“Whatever is true… think about such things.” —Philippians 4:8
How to Use This Guide
Choose your journal: a lined notebook, a Notes app, or a dedicated Angelvention journal at https://angelventionminister.com/products/soft-cover-praise-journal
Set a daily time: 10–15 minutes in the morning or evening.
Use the M–P–S format: Each day write one gratitude for Mind (Mental), one for Body (Physical), and one for Spirit (Spiritual).
Keep it simple: One sentence per line is enough.
Add prayer: Close with a one-line prayer of thanks.
Example Daily Entry
Mental: “I’m grateful I solved a problem at work with patience.”
Physical: “I’m grateful for my morning walk and strong lungs.”
Spiritual: “I’m grateful for God’s quiet guidance in a hard conversation.”
Prayer: “Lord, thank You for renewing my mind, strengthening my body, and anchoring my spirit in You. Amen.”
Weekly Focus (Optional)
Week 1 (Days 1–7): Renew the Mind — clarity, learning, peace, boundaries
Week 2 (Days 8–14): Honor the Body — rest, movement, nourishment, healing
Week 3 (Days 15–21): Awaken the Spirit — prayer, Scripture, worship, forgiveness

Thanksgiving Day Sharing Intentional
1) Gratitude Cards (5 minutes): Place small cards at each setting labeled Mind, Body, Spirit. Invite guests to write one gratitude in each category before the meal. And or you can also pray over loved ones that have passed on and share your gratitudes with them - AND yes they do hear you.
2) The Gratitude Circle (10–15 minutes): Pass a candle (or simply clasp hands). And or simply place the candle a in front of you and reminisce about being grateful for all the times you shared with a loved one that has passed on. Shares each category
Mental: “Today I’m thankful for… (clarity/peace/learning).”
Physical: “Today I’m thankful for… (strength/rest/food).”
Spiritual: “Today I’m thankful for… (God’s presence/forgiveness/hope).”
3) A Blessing to Pray Together:“Lord, You are the Giver of every good gift. Thank You for renewing our minds, strengthening our bodies, and filling our spirits with Your love. Let our gratitude overflow into generosity, reconciliation, and joy. In your name as we are one - Amen.”
